Windows 8 Editions မ်ား အေၾကာင္း

အားလုံး သိ့ၾကတဲ့ အတိုင္း October 26 မွာ တရား၀င္ထြက္ရိွလာေတာ့မယ္ Microsoft Windows 8 ရဲ႕ Editions ေတြအေၾကာင္းကို ကၽြန္ေတာ္ မွ်ေ၀ခ်င္ပါတယ္။ က်န္ခဲ့တဲ့ Windows 7 ကို လုံး၀ အလန္းဇယားႀကီး ေျပာင္းလဲထားတဲ့ Windows 8 ကို ေစာင့္ေမွ်ာ္ေနၾကတဲ့ လူေတြက ကၽြန္ေတာ္အပါအ၀င္ တကမၻာလုံးမွာ ဘယ္ေလာက္ေတာင္ ရိွႏိုင္မလဲ မသိ့ဘူး။ Windows 7 နဲ႔ ပတ္သက္လို႔ကေတာ့ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ ဒီလင့္မွာ ေရးထားခဲ့ဖူးပါတယ္။ အခု တခါ Windows 8 နဲ႔ ပါတ္သက္ၿပီး Windows 8 Editions ေတြအေၾကာင္းကို ေလ့လာမိသေလာက္ ျပန္လည္ ေရးသားလိုက္တာပါ။ windows 8 မွာ ဘယ္လို Editions ေတြရိွတယ္ ။ ဘာေတြပါလာတယ္ေပါ့။ ပထမဆုံး ေျပာခ်င္တာကေတာ့ ခင္ဗ်ားဟာ ပညာရွင္ တစ္ေယာက္ျဖစ္ေနခဲ့ရင္ ဒီ post ကို ေက်ာ္ဖတ္သြားလိုက္ဖို႔ပါ။ ဘာျဖစ္လို႔လဲဆိုေတာ့ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ ေလ့လာမိသေလာက္ အနည္းငယ္ ျပန္လည္ မွ်ေ၀ေပးျခင္း သက္သက္ပါ။ တစုံတခု အမွားအယြင္းေတြ ပါခဲ့ရင္ နားလည္ေပးၾကဖို႔ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ပါတယ္။

ပထမဆုံး Windows 8 ဆိုတဲ့ Basics Edition ကေတာ့ x86 (32bits) နဲ႔ x64(64bits) architecture အတြက္ အေျခခံက်တဲ့ အက္ဒီရွင္း တစ္ခု ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Windows 8 မွာ အေျခခံက်တဲ့ အသစ္အသစ္ေသာ အရာေတြ ထည့္သြင္းေပးထားပါတယ္။ အဲဒီမွာ ဘာေတြ ပါလာသလဲ ဆိုေတာ့ start screen with semantic zoom, live tiles, Windows Store, Internet Explorer 10, connected standby, Microsoft account integration, the Windows desktop စသည္ျဖင့္ ပါ၀င္လာပါတယ္။

Windows 8 Pro

Windows 8 Pro ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ Windows 7 Professional နဲ႔ Ultimate Editions ႏွစ္မ်ိဳးစလုံးမွာ ပါ၀င္တဲ့ အရာေတြ အကုန္လုံး ပါ၀င္ပါတယ္။ ဒီ Editions ႏွစ္မ်ိဳးစလုံးကို ေက်ာ္လြန္ၿပီး ေအာင္ျမင္စြာ ထုတ္လုပ္ထားတယ္လို႔လဲ ဆိုပါတယ္။ Windows 8 Pro ကို နည္းပညာ စိတ္၀င္စားတဲ့ သူေတြနဲ႔ Business Users ေတြအတြက္ ရည္ရြယ္ထုတ္လုပ္ထားျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ no (1) က Windows 8 မွာ ပါ၀င္တဲ့ Feature ေတြအကုန္လုံး ပါ၀င္ပါတယ္။ ေနာက္ထပ္ aditional Features ေတြအေနနဲ႔ကေတာ့ Remote Desktop server, the ability to participate in a Windows Server domain, Encrypting File System, Hyper-V, and Virtual Hard Disk Booting, Group Policy , BitLocker နဲ႔ BitLocker To Go စသည္ျဖင့္ ပါ၀င္လာခဲ့ပါတယ္။

Windows 8 enterprise မွာဆိုရင္ေတာ့ windows 8 နဲ႔ windows 8 pro ရဲ႕ feature ေတြအျပင္ တျခား IT Organization ေတြကို အေထာက္အကူျပဳေစမဲ့ feature ေတြလဲ ပါ၀င္လာခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဒီ Edition ဟာ Software Customer ေတြနဲ႔ MSDN (Microsoft Developer Network) ေတြအတြက္ အထူး သင့္ေတာ္တယ္လို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။  

Windows 8 RT

Windows RT ဆိုတာကလဲ ARM နည္းပညာကို အေျခခံတဲ့ Tablet လုိ Device မ်ိဳးေတြအတြက္သာ သင့္ေလွ်ာ္ပါတယ္။ ARM ဆိုတာက microsoft က windows 8 ကိုစၿပီး introduction လုပ္တဲ့ အခါမွာ window runtime development အတြက္ အမည္ေပးခဲ့တာပါ။ ARM ရဲ႕ အေသးစိတ္ကို ေလ့လာၾကည့္ခ်င္တဲ့ ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ဒီလင့္မွာ သြားၿပီး ေလ့လာၾကည့္လိုက္ပါ။ ေနာက္တခု အေနနဲ႔ Windows RT မွာဆိုရင္ device encryption စြမ္းေဆာင္ရည္လည္း ပါ၀င္ပါတယ္။ serveral business-focused features ေတြျဖစ္တဲ့ group policy တို႔လိုမ်ိဳး feature ေတြလဲ ပါ၀င္လာပါတယ္။ centrilized network ေတြအတြက္ေတာ့ domain ကို support မလုပ္ဖူးဗ်။

Windows 8 ရဲ႕ အားလုံးေသာ အက္ဒီးရွင္းေတြမွာ ဘာသာစကား ေတာ္ေတာ္စုံစုံလင္လင္ကို အသုံးျပဳႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

လက္ရိွ Windows 7 အသုံးျပဳေနတဲ့ သူေတြအတြက္ windows 8 ကို update လုပ္ၿပီး အသုံးျပဳခ်င္တယ္ ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ Windows 7 x86 (32bits) version ကို အသုံးျပဳထားတဲ့ user ေတြ အေနနဲ႔ windows 8 x86 (32bits) ကိုသာ Update လုပ္ၿပီး အသုံးျပဳႏိုင္မွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဲလိုပဲ windows 7 x64 (64bits) version ကို အသုံးျပဳထားတဲ့ user ေတြအတြက္လဲ windows 8 x64 (64bits) version ကိုသာလွ်င္ update လုပ္ၿပီး အသုံးျပဳႏိုင္မွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Windows RT ကေတာ့ ARM Architecture (windows 7 တြင္ support မလုပ္ပါ) အတြက္သာ သီးသန္႔ ထုတ္လုပ္ထားတာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Windows 7 ကေန windows 8 ကို update လုပ္တာနဲ႔ ပါတ္သက္လို႔ ေအာက္မွာ ကၽြန္ေတာ ္ျပထားတဲ့ ပုံကို ေလ့လာၾကည့္လိုက္ပါ။
